I’m so impressed with Aspen Dental. Both doctors are exceptional, and the entire reception team is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Ania the assistant stood out immediately! She was friendly every visit, and her care genuinely made the experience feel outstanding. We were blown away from start to finish!

By far and hands down my best dental experience ever! First, everyone is very friendly and professional. I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to the dentist but the entire team here is excellent, patient, and made me feel 100% comfortable. This is a judgement free dental office! I had some major dental issues that I procrastinated on getting taken care of. Not once did anyone make me feel embarrassed. Not once! That was HUGE for me. They took their time and explained every detail of my care plan and made sure to answer any questions I had. They were upfront regarding the cost, insurance coverage and payment options so there were no surprises. I am thankful for my experience with the Flint office and the amazing care they provide!

My husband was the patient he had 6 teeth pulled and he said he felt pain and discomfort. Where I went and had 13 of my teeth pulled all at once and I felt zero pain. I won’t mention where that was as this is about Aspen. He chose to go here because of the turn around time on dentures as they have the lab on site. I told him he would feel no pain at my dentist and I could promise that but didn’t know what he would feel at Aspen. He had a really bad experience the last time he went to dentist so he chose to pull his own teeth. All I can say is they get you in quick. It feels to much like a business and about the money. I don’t know it just felt cold and not like my dentist office all warm and welcoming. I give them 5 stars cause of the wait time of getting in and the waiting room time being pretty right on with your appointment time.

If i could give negative stars I would! Internet advertising says they make dental work affordable! I went in and got a quote for $2,286 for one extraction one filming and a cleaning. The lady at the desk then tried to tell me ill never find it and cheaper with a snotty attitude at that! I then proceeded to go elsewhere and had to extractions done for $12.50 per tooth. That just goes to show you that there not there to try ro help anyone ..... they just want your money 💰

Just got my top permanent denture and it fits and feels fantastic the office staff were always really friendly, i was worried when i had the temporary denture it never fit quite right, it would slip while eating and i had to constantly re-pressure the suction; but the permanent is really tight. The teeth came out fantastic and are honestly better than my original teeth! If i need my bottom teeth fixed up in the future ill pry return to aspen.
